The following payment methods are accepted:

If payment by credit card is not possible, there may be various reasons for this. For example, general technical problems, input errors, card validity, etc. Alternatively, we are happy to offer you the following payment methods: TWINT.

All prices include VAT.

A discount code cannot be used for orders that have already been placed and cannot be combined with other promotional vouchers.
Discount codes for newsletter registration can only be redeemed once per person and order. -
If you don't want to miss any of our current promotions, you can sign up for our free newsletter. Simply enter your email address in the "Newsletter" section at the bottom of the page. You will then receive an email immediately in which you only need to confirm your newsletter subscription.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, it may be because it ended up in your spam folder. In this case, please add news@belowzerowear.com to your address book.

With the shipping confirmation of your order you will also receive a copy of your invoice by email.
If you have not received this invoice or require an older invoice, please contact our customer service team with your order number and we can email you a copy.
However, if you have any questions or concerns regarding your invoice, our customer service team will be happy to help.

In our online shop you can order either as a registered customer or as a guest. With a customer login you save a lot of time because your data is automatically stored for the ordering process.
