Free shipping for orders over CHF 100.00.

Delivery within Switzerland.
We usually deliver within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed before 12pm are usually delivered the next working day.
Friday to Sunday (as well as cantonal and national holidays): The order will be packed and shipped the following Monday so that the goods arrive on Tuesday/Wednesday.
Shipping is via DPD/DHL.

We currently only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We are working on delivering to the entire DACH region from the end of 2025.

Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt for completeness and integrity and refuse to accept any visible damage.

We do not currently offer Click + Collect. This is planned for the end of 2025.

You can see whether an item is available directly in our online shop. When you choose the color and size, we will show you directly which version of the item is still in stock. Simply select the version you want.

That's no problem: you have the option of specifying a delivery address that differs from the billing address during the ordering process.

In case the package could not be delivered, the postman will leave a note with instructions on how to proceed.

We process every order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine them afterwards.

The goods can be returned to us within 14 days without giving any reason.
The return form is available for download below. It is important that this form is filled out and sent back to the address shown on the form with the goods to be returned and the delivery note. If the form is not filled out or only partially filled out, there may be delays in processing the shipment. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returns.
If the items are not returned for warranty reasons, they can only be returned unworn and in the original, undamaged packaging. Please note the instructions on the returns form.
Return delivery
Please fill out the return form completely and send it back together with the unworn goods in the undamaged original packaging and the delivery note to the specified address within 14 days.
Notes on returns:
- Items that are not returned for warranty reasons can only be returned if they are in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
- The return costs must be borne by the buyer.
- Please note the additional information on the return form.
