These terms are binding. Receipt of the prize is conditional upon full compliance with all eligibility requirements.
To validly participate in the competition, the following steps must be completed within the participation period:
Multiple comments are permitted, provided different people are tagged.
Incomplete entries or entries that do not meet the conditions will not be considered.
The winner will be determined by random drawing from all valid entries after the participation period has ended.
Notification will be sent via direct message through Belowzero's official Instagram account.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification being sent, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
This competition is in no way associated with Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The sole contact and responsible party is Belowzero.
By participating, the winner agrees that their Instagram username may be published in connection with the competition on the social media channels of Belowzero and Engelberg Titlis.
Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition. Data will not be passed on to third parties, except as far as necessary for the processing of the prize.
